Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt
of cleared funds from the customer. UK regulations allow the supplier thirty
days to dispatch goods. However, the Mandolin-shop.co.uk endeavours to dispatch
goods within one working day.
Customers will be advised by e-mail if the item(s) they have ordered are
out of stock. An estimated delivery time will be given and the customer may
then choose whether to proceed with the purchase or not. Delivery times once
goods have left the Mandolin-shop.co.uk are dependent on delivery methods.
Delivery Methods & Charges:
Your postage and packing charges will be added to your order automatically if applicable,
taking into account the cumulative weights of several items ordered together.
Faulty or wrong goods delivered. You should notify us, by telephone or email within three
working days of receiving the goods so we can arrange for replacement or refund. Return postage to be paid by us.
Unwanted goods. You should notify us, by telephone or email within seven days of receiving the goods. Goods should then be returned to us including all packaging. On receipt of the goods we will then arrange a full refund. Return postage to be paid by the customer.
